so i've just moved to l.a. from the great white north (canada, if that wasn't clear), and kind of need to get started on meeting people.

what i am about - the short list includes food, travelling, live music, drinks, art, discovering new things bout the city i've grown up in and then planning my escape from it, being an only child, 'that's what she said' jokes and other inappropriate humour delivered in the charmingly lamest way, travelling, spontaneous dancing, acronymizing phrases (it's nbd), inventing words, dive bars over the club thing, and board games - in no particular order.

what i dig - an open mind, a conversationalist with words that make me think and laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh (4 times at least. no less), an artistic intellectual, not a business-minded suit, someone who can write a beautiful song (...maybe about me? i'd love to be lyrically imortalized. or just rhymed about), a teacher (not professionally really. just someone i can learn from), an equal and then some. i'm sure there is more to my list, but i'll keep it open now.

what i'm looking for - ...whatever happens happens. not looking to make a relationship out of nothing. i just want some more excitement in my life one way or another.
