My favorite way to relax is being outside in nature, whether that be hiking or riding my bike on the Pinellas trail, or doing some camping and canoeing. I enjoy photography and have taken some great pictures over the years.

At home on a quiet night if I'm not busy studying I like to watch documentaries on Nat Geo and the Science Channel. My fav tv shows are Dexter, House and Big Love. As for music I like rock. I enjoy going out with my friends to live music venues to hear some great bands.

I enjoy a fairly quiet life with few problems. My true friends are few, I prefer it that way. I'm reliable, honest, supportive and compassionate. I do have a great sense of humor too. I'm open to new experiences and have an open mind.

I list myself as single, but I was widowed 9 years ago. I'm ready to move on with my life and find a great man who enjoys the same interests as me. I'd prefer a man who is spontaneous and when the opportunity arises can get away for a weekend of camping and hiking. Cuddling by the campfire at the end of a day canoeing....sigh.

First meet over coffee or a drink, something very simple. First date...a ride on the Pinellas trail, a bite to eat and then watch sunset at the Dunedin Causeway.
