Hi girls. I'm a 52 year old health professional looking to meet that someone special. I'd like to go on some dates to check people out, but I'm not really into playing the field anymore. I've lived in Nanaimo for 7 years and I have a little three year old daughter I love to bits. I have a small dog, a cat, a nice house and a big mortgage. My life mostly revolves around paying the bills and entertaining my girl. I spend a lot of time at playgrounds, pools, Jumpin' Jiminy's, toy stores and pet stores. When I have time, I also like the gym, Departure Bay Beach, hiking and four wheeling. I have a big family spread over Vancouver and Vancouver Island and I visit them a lot. The girl I'd like to meet is probably in her 30's, likes young kids , is emotionally and financially secure (reasonably anyway), and is funny, smart, fit, pretty and educated.
Some other things... I like dark and politically incorrect humor. I don't usually listen to a lot of music, but I'm a child of the 70's mostly, I like the Stones, but also Moby, Morcheeba and Massive Attack. There's new stuff I like, but I don't know who plays it. Let's see, I watch too much TV, my favorite shows are on the Discovery, History and Science Fiction channels. Texas hold'em and Ultimate fighting also help me to waste lots of time. I read a lot, no names anyone would know, sci-fi trash, spy books, political documentaries, economics, the paper. I'm planning to build an addition to my deck this summer and do a bunch of other repairs. When my daughter's a bit older I'd like to do some more travelling, some places I'd like to see or see again are the south of France, the Greek islands, the Yucatan and Tahiti. I love Europe and Latin America, but don't get off on third world type places too much because it's so easy to get sick. I've done many sports, my favorites are Ski-ing, Tae Kwon Doe, and hiking. I also like dancing and tennis.
