This is my story; If you were to ask me if i'm a good guy, i would say "yes", but (much like everyone else) i am flawed. I have made HUGE strides to overcome my insecurities, and i'm very proud of that. However; i am FAR from perfect. I can say that i have never (and would never) cheat on the woman i am with. My biggest faults are; communication and trust issues (which i have worked very hard to fix, but until i am actually in a relationship again i have no way of knowing if i have truly beaten those demons).
I am a respiratory therapist, and i absolutely love my job. I go home every day with a feeling of accomplishment because i know i've made a difference by helping people. I sometimes have a tendency to work a lot, so if we end up together you would probably have to remind me to slow it down sometimes, lol.
What i'm looking for is probably a lot to ask, and i am very scepticle i will find it, but i'm going to give this one last shot before i say "the heck with this!". I want that feeling that i just can't wait for my shift to end because i know i am going home to someone that makes my heart light up. I want to feel excitement just thinking about weekend trips to Orlando or St. Augustine. I want to find that special someone who makes me go to bed with a smile on my face that is still there the next morning when i wake up. Someone that i can lay on the couch with, cuddle together watching a movie, and make me feel like i don't have a care in the world. I have had that before, and won't settle for less. I can be a very loving, compassionate person, and would like to find that in another person. I love kids, and they usually like me too. At my best i am fun loving and like to laugh and joke around. At my worst (usually after a bad day at work) i am quiet and reserved, and keep to myself. Also, if you like to dance that would be a great plus. I took some dance lessons (Salsa) back in June/July as a surprise for someone but never got a chance to use this new skill, and i would kinda like to.
