Welcome to the wonderful world of Becca! Thought my profile needed a little updating, so let's play by numbers....
1. I like comedies and action movies, never hurts to watch stuff blow up. Long time fan of John Wayne, James Bond, King Kong, Mel Brooks, Looney Tunes, Godzilla and the Dallas Cowboys. I'm hooked on GhostHunters, CSI, Paranormal State and Dancing With The Stars. I read and write fantasy novels, science fiction is good, too. I love to play Texas Hold'em.
***Update: my divorce should be final in a couple months. Hot Damn!!!!!!***
2. First, let me say that I am not divorced yet. The ex decided to leave and I feel like paying for the divorce is paying him to leave. Not happening. Sorry, that's just the way I see it. However there is nothing stopping me from looking *and hopefully finding* someone to spend time with. I am here looking for a friend and companion, someone to go places with, do stuff with, if something more happens... Hey, we're all adults here. I'm not opposed to friends with benefits, but I do need to know more than your name and shoe size to consider you a friend. I'm NOT looking for someone to take care of me. I'm a big girl, I can do that myself. I've been working hard to stand on my own and plan to keep on doing it. I just want someone who can stand beside me.
3. I'm very honest and ask the same in return. I don't smoke, drink rarely but I'm not opposed to it as long as it's not abused. I've been shedding baggage since the split, 35#s so far and I'm not done yet. I'm getting back into yoga after way too long without it. I've been told I have a sexy voice, southern drawl comes standard. I have a thing for voices, especially if you have any kind of accent. So don't be surprised if I ask you for a phone call. I do have a couple tattoos and will likely get at least one more.
4. Music, I have to have music. Life has a soundtrack and mine is a collection of many types of music. I do like rock most. Also love blues (esp. dirty blues), some heavy metal, some rap, hip hop and pop. I did grow up in the 80s. I can be just as happy with classical, Celtic, Native American, even Tibetan monk chants. Seriously. If you can dance to it, vertically or horizontally, I like it.

I do sing along with the radio, and no I don't need a bucket to carry a tune.
What am I fishing for? A man who knows what he wants and has the determination to go for it. A man who's honest, open-minded, willing to move out of his comfort zone if necessary. I don't like clingy, but romantic is a very good thing. And guys, please, smile when you take your pics.
If you'd like to know more, drop me a line. I'm on my space also. www.my space.com/beccasmagicpencil
Happy Fishing!

Hmmm, a first date. The weather is nice now, so maybe a round of putt putt, or a walk in a park. Drinks somewhere we could talk. Suggestions are welcome.
