Im a single Work from home mom. My son is my life and I am quite happy with that, but I miss being with one person who knows me better than anyone. If the love I feel for my son is the only love I experience for the rest of my life, I have no right to complain, he has made my life wonderful. But I do hope that I can find my other half.
I really love to laugh and Im very sarcastic. Humor is sexy to me! Im a book worm. If im reading a good book, Ill go days(depending on the book lol) without tv or even music. Im a nerd, But I dont care! lol

Heres a list of my favorites for ya:

MUSIC: I like all types of music although my least favorite would be techno. I think theres a time a place for it. Just not while im driving, or working around the house. Most often my radio is set on country, alternative and classic rock but I also have some folk like John Denver and I love some Elton John. I love The Eagles, Queen, Journey and STP. Weezer, Lisa Loeb(I love 90's music), Fergie, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert. Just to Give you an idea.

MOVIES: Im open to any movie so long as it doesnt put me to sleep.

TV: Medium is my fav. I also enjoy Ghost Hunters and Intervention. I dont really watch prime time television. Mostly HGTV and Food network if I have time for it at all.

BOOKS: I love novels. Marry Higgins Clark was my first favorite author. I love Stephenie Meyer, and Janet Evonovich. I also read a lot about all things natural like birth(natural birth is a passion of mine), food, kids, toys, mothering, etc.

Dancing is what I do for 'me' time. I dance for cardio (and a goodtime;) and do yoga/ pilates(for my mental health, core strength and flexibility) at a local school once or twice a week to feel better about myself physically and emotionally.

First dates are always interesting. Usually I think coffee is a good first date. I feel like you can tell whether you will click with someone pretty much right away, so dinner or a movie isnt ideal for a "get to know you" session. Thats just my opinion of course. If the conversation over coffee (or whatever you like to drink) doesnt go well, thats fine. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
But if it does go well, theres always another day for dinner or whatever.
