Long term is always possible, but if 'just friendship' is what you are after please say so, its okay.
I do have a job but its not a career. I have been working since I was a teenager and understand that as an adult that is what the world is and I accept that.
I have no tattoos or piercings, I don't mind them on other people, but they are not really me.
I have no children, but I was one once so I am not afraid of them. Yes, I understand that your children come first, but I am not looking to be your child - not even in role playing!
If your home is cluttered with books, and you are able to listen to big band sounds, old rock, old country and Celtic folk thats a good connection.
I play the bagpipes. I read tarot cards. I like animation, movies, the Titanic, magic, comedies, E-bay, air hockey, sci-fi conventions, limericks, pulp novels, backgammon, cribbage, swimming, crossword and Sudoku puzzles and too much else to write up here.
If you like to ski, I can always wait at the lodge and greet you with your favorite beverage. Might not mind snow shoeing.
I've tried, but I just don't care for golf.
I like pizza, Chinese food (dim sum!)and learning a little about East Indian stuff. I like regular chocolate cake with no nuts or raspberry or strawberry syrop squirted all over it and served on an oversize plate(who's dumb idea was that?).
Chefs belong in the kitchen, not on tv.
I believe in tipping at a restaurant.
I am not into animal rights, but I believe if you have to keep it in a cage then its not meant to be a pet.
I know this will cost me points, but I would rather have a dog than a cat.
Please have a photo.
Right now at 235 pounds, down from 248 and going for 210 - hard to believe I was the runt of the litter.
Paid my membership to the local magic club, so the last Thursday of the month is spent there. - unless you have something else in mind.

I think that the first date is after the coffee meeting and you've won points by saying "Lets not go to Timmies". So, a quiet dinner, followed by a noisy activity; concert, movie or a festival. Following that a wind down period of conversation, and whatever we have worked up the nerve to do - although I draw the line at vandalism. Oh, and we have both made sure the next work day starts later than usual.
