38 year old seeking someone who has time to give for fun and adventure, and who might enjoy art and photography (but not a must). It would be great to share some ideas with her and to talk over coffee and cakes. Who would be up for a good dig about in an old bookshop. Or slinging on a rucksack and climbing up to Mam Tor. She does not have to be dressed up to please me but just normal will do. I love all things old and am a little retro at times. I would love to travel a little more and document for my portfolio so a companion would be great. You will find me easy going and polite, but not afraid of making a decision if need be. If she has an interest in world affairs then we will have plenty to chat about over a meal, up a hill, in a cave or in the clouds on a plane.

I’m not a footy fan nor do I play computer games, this does not mean that I am strange or anything. It means that I enjoy lots of other things and would want to learn new ones to. I don’t do nightclubs anymore but am up for a drink in one of those old windswept pubs up in the Peaks. From Bournemouth and living in Derbyshire for just under two years, someone who could show me new places and things to photograph would be fantastic.

So I still have all my hair and teeth. The images are of me now and not ten years ago. So if there is any interest out there then please drop me a line. I don’t mind if it’s friend or date.

For fun:
For fun I tend to spend time working with photography and art which is my passion & business. Also at times I will try and catch up down at the climb wall with friends. And meeting up with others for coffee and a chat or for a photographic day.

My job:
I work as an award winning pro photographer for the past ten years. My clients range from magazines to wedding couples. I host a website with blog for clients to view the work that I do.

Favorite hot spots:
One extreme to another in many ways from coffee bars to wide-open spaces. To date I have visited Holland, France, Cyprus and Ireland. A couple of places that I would love to visit would be the USA and Peru on a photographic expedition.

Music:
I love new age & atmospheric music like Enigma, Andreas Vollenweider, Trentmoller, Mike Oldfield, Jens Gad, Jean Michel Jarre, Conjure One, Orbital. And when I want to pump it up a little Depech Mode does it well so to list a few. I am a big fan of iTunes and canot leave my place without my iTouch.

Last Read:
Books tend to be on Vintage and Press photography as it tells us how the world has changed over time. I also enjoy the novel by Iain M. Banks called Consider Phlebas as well as Lord of the Rings, if I ever finish it. Also I like National Geographic as it has some great images.
