I think of myself as a pretty nice guy, but then again I guess every ***hole considers themself to be a good person. I have a lot of creative outlets, I'm a writer, musician, comedian, and film maker. These are the things that I'm most passionate about. For fun I like taking road trips, going to the mountains, hiking, running, and discussing world events and politics with friends. I love hot rods, and drive one of my own... when it's running. I'm hardly ever clean shaven, and I'm more at home working on projects in the garage than I am on the couch. Obviously from my user name I love The Munsters. I'm very tall (actually 6'6 even though my profile says otherwise) and in good shape. I try to be a gentleman, have good manners and social etiquette, but if someone gets out of line I have no problem putting them back in line. Other hobbies include: building model cars (dorky yes, but I've been doing it since childhood,) refinishing old furniture (i'm partial to diamond tuffed upholstery,) home decore (basically making my house look like something from the addams family,) and of course I enjoy the Hollywood nightlife, but I realize there's a lot more to life than that.

I'm a romantic, chilverous (yes I open car doors... even when I've been with someone a while,) and sensitive... but no one would ever guess that last one as I don't show my emotions very well (in typical Cancer fashion, even though I'm not into astrology). You could even say I'm old fashioned, while I've certainly had lots of fun over the years, I'm interested in a more traditional relationship (when I'm in one) ie: no swingers, threesomes or anything like that. There's nothing wrong with that sort of thing... at all, when you're single. But if I'm in a relationship with someone, that's where I focus all my attention, and I expect the same.

I've dated some cool girls in the five years that I've lived in LA, but haven't found what I'm looking for, what is that you ask? Well I'm up for going on a date with anyone who I find attractive and interesting, but as for my ideal match I have rather specific taste. I like a girl who is intelligent, creative, opinionated, strong willed, independent, free spirited, honest, good sense of humor, likes to dress up, and not caught up in any scenes or trends, and I'll be a 100% honest and tell you I like a woman that takes care of me, but I like to take care of a woman too.

Oh, and if in your description you have your number of tattoos and piercings listed, then I'm probably not interested. There's nothing wrong with tattoos or piercings, but that has nothing to do with who a person is, try digging a little deeper.

As for first dates (especially blind ones,) nothing beats meeting for a drink. Because as fun as it sounds to describe going on an adventurous first date, in reality if meeting someone from the internet for the first time it should be casual so both of us have an easy out if one of us isn't feeling the vibe.... wouldn't wanna be stuck on a white water rafting adventure with someone if there's no chemistry.

After a first meeting though I'm all for taking a woman out on a nice and/or creative date. I can cook a really great meal, or take you to a nice resturaunt, maybe a play, drive-in movie, concert, comedy club, beach, oh and I still haven't been to one of those movie sceenings at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, that could be fun.
