Over the years I have convinced myself to look at the lighter side of life and try to find humor in all things I see and do. Am surprised in how much that works. A sense of humor, and the ability to laugh at yourself is a must, otherwise the nice men in the white jackets may as well come and take you away. I enjoy my privacy, and respect others that do to. An old friend of mine once told me that, not only do I dance to the tune of a different drummer, but I also write the music. Will be glad to explain that to you some time. Am happy with my life, financially secure, and looking for companionship, both in the mind, body, and spirit. Well enough rambling for now. Oh by the way, I do cook and enjoy it. Hope to hear from ya soon.She should be kind, energetic, sypathetic, a good listener, and able to make decisions. We all have faults and she should be able to understand that. She should be flexible and be willing to take off on a moments notice to places unknown or just sit in front of a fire with a good movie and a bowl of popcorn (butter optional). She should be down to earth and enjoy lifes simple pleasures. But most importantly, she should value friendships and enjoy knowing that she is my best friend.

Someplace simple and quiet for conversation. Starbucks is always good for that or maybe a light dinner.
