I have a French background from Montreal, been in Calgary since 1980 and now looking for my special someone with whom to share those special (and ordinary) moments in life.

This special someone should be a non-smoker, no drugs, down to earth, a good communicator (I tend to be more of a listener), she should enjoy the outdoors and of course traveling.
I started traveling this millennium(about time)and it's been fun and will keep on doing it now. I've been to Costa Rica / Nicaragua, cruised both Eastern and Western Caribbean Islands. I think next should be Europe hopefully with someone special

I'm not much into the bar scene as I don't really drink and mostly just too noisy for me. I don't mind going to a pub for sitting back, wings and darts though.

I enjoy playing social cards like Spades, Hearts, Rummy, Canasta, Crib and Backgammon is always welcome too. On nice days I would much prefer a day hike in the mountains or cycling around the Reservoir or through Calgary.

My "Interests" tells you what I mainly enjoy although I omitted to include good food and computers.
I much prefer warmer months over the colder ones. The one good thing about the cold weather ...... more cuddling.
As for music, almost anything goes except Heavy Metal. I love Abba to ZZ Top so Classic Rock, Pop, Disco, Latin, Easy Listening, Jazz, French etc. I listen from Edith Piaf to Beyonce, from Charles Aznavour to Roy Buchanan and do NOT forget Shawn Phillips.
Same goes for movies, anything goes except for "My left foot", it earned all kind of awards but that is the ONLY movie I walked out of and I waited until about half way before doing so hoping for a change in it.
