I love singing ,listening to music and concerts. I love all kinds of sports and go to all kinds of events. I enjoy playing pool, reading, crosswords, travel, fine dining, going to wine tastings, ANYTHING BEATLES related, movies, museums, Japanese art and culture, deep sea fishing, and deep conversations. I have no trouble meeting people, but I thought I'd try this. I am a devoted/divorced Dad and have a great relationship with my son and my immediate family. Being in NYC I get to go to all kinds of cultural and music venues and events. My friends would say that I am gregarious, entertaining, funny, intellectual, hard working, very loyal and good behind the wheel of a car!! I am a practicing Catholic who also has an interest in Zen perspectives. What makes me the person that I am is a belief that all things come to a good end and the more you care for others the more you are cared for in return. I am an optimist and I give people the benefit of the doubt although I don't suffer fools kindly. I don't forget my past, live for the present and plan for the future. My aspirations are straightforward: good health, love, marriage, intimacy, security, peace of mind, happiness, getting the best out of life, and spirituality. My best virtues are patience, eloquence, an array of life experiences and the ability to keep friends for life. I am also watching over my Mom and my brother. My bro has MS and Mom is his primary caregiver. I would like to meet a lady who's smart, between the ages of 35 and 50, strong in her spiritual or religious beliefs, but not overtly pious (if you know what I mean!). She should be into good health/appearance and stimulated by an intellectual as well as a physical/emotional involvement in a relationship. I prefer someone in New York City or New Jersey. I love fine dining...so dinner is the choice although where is open to discussion...I know many great places in the Tri-State area and love all kinds of cuisine (except Greek and Korean...sorry!)
