 | I started talking to John via plenty of fish after meeting a small number of men (3 to be exact). We hit it off really well and as new year was coming up, i took the bull by the horns and after a nice discussion, i flew from Liverpool to Southampton on new year eve. The rest is history!!. I gave up my job and flat at home, and moved to be with him in southampton, we have since got married, and bought a lovely cottage in North Wales with our little dog. If it wasnt for Plenty of fish i'd never have met the love of my life. |

We just had a beautiful daughter born 04/03/2009 and I couldn't imagine my life without him. If you put your faith in God, he will truely bless you.  | I was on POF and wondered if I was going to find the person I was meant to be with. I decided that if I wasn't going to find someone then I would be content to be on my own just enjoying life. I went on a walk in a beautiful area of my town and something about the place was magical. I told myself that I never wanted to be in a place like this by myself again. I had seen his profile on POF six months before contacting him but didn't contact him because at the time I didn't want anything serious. I was taking a break for a bit and just looking at profiles. We talked on the phone before the first date and then on the weekend we met. Right away there was an instant connection. The last thing we did on the date was go on the magical walk. We have had a wonderful year together now. I never would have thought that the man of my dreams would become my reality and be so close by. We came so close to meeting over the last five years. Timing is everything though. "And when it is meant to be everything falls into place." NEVER GIVE UP AND DON'T THINK YOU NEED TO SETTLE FOR SECOND BEST BECAUSE THE RIGHT PERSON IS OUT THERE AND YOU WILL FIND THEM WHEN THE MOMENT IS RIGHT. |

 | We talked for a couple of months before we actually met, I was very skeptical to meet the man of my dreams through a website but since it was free and I had met many great friends through POF I kept coming back hoping to meet someone special. We were officially together in October 2008, and this weekend (May 09) we signed our first lease together. We have been soooo happy since day one, he has amazed me by his love! I have never had a man love me back equally and smile at me every morning when we wake and kiss me every moment of the day and be so very retarded with me til him! We have been together and going strong for almost seven months, and for the first time in my life each week we fall more and more in love, and get more and more silly! To top it off it is really hard to find someone who not only loves me this much but my kiddos too. I have 3 kiddos under 8 yrs old and they love him to death too! We are one big happy family! I can't tell you how much God has answered my prayers! He is everything I ever wanted and dreamed of!! It feels like the greatest dream that I never want to wake up from. Thanks POF for not charging for your services and making such a great site! One day I will come back and post our engagement story, and again later with our finally married story...and even maybe later with a baby story lol (yes we want more kids together)!
