 | I met the my love of my life (which is Randy) on here at Plenty of Fish. I am 24 and Randy is 27. We both live in Alabama (before we met and now that we live together). Here is my story. I was single and tired of the whole dating thing it really wasn't working out too well and so one of my friend Katie gave me the name of the website I told her that I didnt think I wanted to go through all of the hassel of setting up the profile and everything that goes along with it just to in the long run not find anybody so she told to set up a profile anyways that it couldn't hurt to try so I did. I was on here for a couple of weeks and I saw this guys profile and like it so I decided to write him to see if he might would like to talk. I didn't exspect to really hear back from him but the next night that I got online to see if I had any messages he had sent me a message back. We started talking that night which was on February 28, 2009. After that night we talked every night from that point on. It seemed like everything just fell into place for us. It might sound crazy but I believe we knew the moment we met that we were made for each other. So now we're living together and will be married on June 6, 2009. Alittle bit soon I know but he's the one Im ment to spend my life with. I love him and he feels completely the same way about me as I do about him. He's wonderful. I couldn't have asked to have met anyone better. He's my everything. Don't give up hope that one true person is out there waiting to find you just like your waiting to find them. Take me and Randy as an example neither one of us exspect to find anybody on here but we did we found each other. And now in love and living together and getting married. We are completely so happy together. So good luck. Your soulmate is out there and when you find them it will be amazing. When you know you just know and don't let anyone evry tell you different. And to my future husband, Randy I love you. You truely are my Everything. Can't wait to become your wife and spend the rest of my life with you.  | I joined plenty of fish in 2007 but didn't have much luck at first. I talked to a few people and went on one date but couldn't find anyone I liked. Then I got an instant message from Gina and we started talking. We had a lot in common and I finally got the courage to ask her out. On our first date I got lost for two hours trying to find the Starbucks we were supposed to meet at, but when I finally got there she was still waiting for me and when she smiled at me I knew she was the one. On our one year anniversary I took her back to the same starbucks and proposed to her that night. I can't wait to marry her and spend the rest of my life with her. |
 | i had a profile on POF about 18 mths ago but deleted my profile after only a couple of weeks i had met some people n started dating someone and was happy with that but a couple of weeks ago i set in my mind it was time to find the one and now i knew what i was looking fori set up a new profile on POF to try my luck because i found POF easy enough before. then one day I opend up my inbox to find a short but sweet msg from a handsome young man who happend to come from the area i grew up in he said he was looking to move to the area and wanted to meet someone. He left me his msn to contacted him, which of course i did immediately. When chatting to him i soon realised we went to the same highschool n that i once knew his sister n that we also knew people in comman n that in fact when going to the same school we were only to grades apart! we exchanged phone numbers after hours of conversations on msn and soon found ourselves contacting each other by phone or IMs through out the day. i had a really great feeling about this one!, then he told me he would love to see me and the feeling was very mutual so we agreed and he brought his 2 sons to my house and instantly we knew there was a connection and was meant to be. needless to say we cant keep our hands off each other n love each others company it can only go on to bigger and better things. with 6 kids between us we are now in search of a house n seems i will be moving back home where i grew up! we have so much in common and want the same things out of life. we enjoy each others company and never want to be apart times will be hard for a little bit whilst we are living apart but when i secure work else where everything will settle down and we can look forward to our futures together.thanks POF! |
 | Update for Melissa and Bry - We got engaged March 20 2009 in Newport Beach California on our Disneyland trip with the kids! Looking forward to the wedding in July 2010. Yay! |
 | well iam from ohio and my husband is from il we ment on here he emailed me frist we started talking on feb 14 06 he called me and his b day was commin up on feb 24 so i ask him what he wanted for his b day he told me to meet u face to face so i came up here in murphysboro il to meet him feb 24 on his b day never went back we got marryed on july 07 06 it will be 3 years now and this guy is the best thing that has ever happen to me i find my soul mate between him and i we have 8 kids and soon to be 12 grand kids we all get a long great i would not change anything in my life now iam so happy he should me what love is really all about thank u very much pof ur site is the best and i would like to invit u guys to our 3rd anv party for a update on ur site if u would like to do that on here lots of luck every one ur soule mate is out there just give it time i find mine u will find urs dreamwolf rose and kurt |
