 | Originally not wanting to join an online dating site, feeling like it wasn't quite right for me, my mother urged me to try plentyoffish. having lost all hope in every other form of meeting people i gave it a shot. I met Cayla in early April of 08, both of us in the same boat-24 hrs away from deleting our profile having given up.... "what the hell" we both figured when the first chat message was sent. best decision for both of us. We met online on a Tuesday, in person on a Wednesday, first date was a Saturday, and the rest is history. 2 weeks shy of our one year anniversary (as i type this) we are engaged, living together, and both looking foreword to our 2010 wedding.  | Kathy and I met online through Plenty of Fish last February. We had both pretty much given up on love and romance and stable relationships until we found each other and fell in love. We discovered that we are definitely soulmates, and plan to spend the rest of our lives together. We had our first date on March 11, 2008, and exactly one year later, commemorated the anniversary of that first date by getting married while on vacation in Florida. |

 | Well, Glen saw my profile and then went back to it about 3 times before he decided to send me a message. We talked back and forth online then I finally gave him my telephone #. We met one day at a Tim Horton's and we just clicked. We started off as good friends, getting together and watching movies. One night he was a little nervous to ask me for a kiss but I said what the heck no big deal and the relationship grew from there. We started dating in March 2007 and got engaged in November 2007. During our 2 year relationship we lost a beautiful baby girl which I lost @ 32 weeks gestation and I do strongly believe that our loss has brought us even closer together and plan to marry in the summer and definitely try for another baby. I hope that alot more people on here get to experience the connection that Glen and I experienced. |
 | I, Courtney had gotten annoyed and sick of the "single" scene!! I joined POF on a whim and figured it couldn't hurt to look. I was contacted by a number of men, but Patrick stood out to me. I loved his smile and the fact that he worked with children for a living! We set up a date two days after we met on POF, and a week after that we were exlusively dating. We moved in together last November and Patrick proposed on March 7, 2009. We are planning our wedding for August 14, 2010. Each day I have with Patrick is truly a blessing. I never knew love like this actually existed!! There is hope on POF to find your soulmate!! Patrick and I are proof of that:) |
