 | Well I joined this site with not much hope in finding the "perfect" guy at an on-line dating site. After alot of e-mails, some dates, I found Wayne. I was just on the border of the distance he wanted to travel, but he took a chance and so did I. We picked a place meet and have been together ever since! I loved him from the begining. He is my calm and keeps me laughing all the time. We are very much alike and I was comfortable with him from the start. I have a daughter and he has no kids, but they have bonded and I love him for that! We moved in together in August and it has been great. Just thought I would share my happiness with others to let you know, you never really know when it will happen. |
 | On June 7th, 2008 Paul emailed me, we met for our first date on June 11th, 2008 and WOW! I was not sure what to expect as i had met a few others on POF but the "click" just wasn't there. When I walked in and Paul stood up and introduced himself his beautiful blue eyes just swept me off my feet!We had a drink and time just flew by, 4 hrs later we realized the place was getting ready to close; as he walked me out, couldn't just let him go, wanted to know anything and everything about him. So I invited him over to my home where we ended up talking all night as the new day came upon us. When he did leave to go to his place, that was Sat Morning he asked me out for that night, the following weekend and the next, and next, haha We have since moved in together as of August 2008, yes quick, but when you know you have met your "soul mate", you just know. Paul has to be the most awesome man I have ever met, see I was once very heavy as he was to, me almost 300 lbs, Paul 580lbs!! Yes this was before we met of course, he is now 180 lbs and me??? Well lets just say "looking good" if I do say so myself. We have gone along ways and know what its like trying to find someone to love and spend their lives with. We want to thank you Plenty of Fish for our happiness we feel every day and how grateful we are to you! We do plan on being together forever, no wedding date set as of YET???? haha he puts that smile on my face and the warmth in my heart I have been searching for along time/ he fished, I nibbled, and now he has reeled me in!!! Fishig is better than I thought, Thanks again for making our dreams come true! |
 | I contacted Sharon through Plentyoffish and she contacted me back. From the first phone call to now we have absolutely clicked. I asked Sharon to meet me at Carpool to watch Penn State football. She was cool about meeting me for the first time and hanging with my friend Dave. This girl is the real deal and so is our relationship. We are talking about marriage now. Who knows maybe a wedding at Beaver Stadium is in order. Thank-you Plentyoffish! |
 | When I saw Christi on POF I thought that this was it, and it was!! We met,had a beautiful lunch and the rest is history. The attraction was mutual and immediate. POF gave us a safe place to chat and get to know about each other before actually meeting. Because of that, we felt like we had known each other forever when we saw each other face to face for the first time. We married on January 1st, 2009. New year, new life, perfect match. Thanks POF!
