 | Joseph and I (Stacy) met here in Sept 2007. He lived in NH and I lived in FL. He found me only because someone from FL contacted him. Luckily for me, he was not interested in her. We hit it off almost immediately. I flew up to meet him at the end of Nov. He came down to see me for NYE and then again in Jan 08 where he proposed to me on my bday. I moved up to NH in April and we were married on Sept 20. We both feel totally blessed and beyond content to have found each other. The best advice I can give to anyone on here is be patient, don't get discouraged and know where you truly want to be in your heart and he or she will find you! |
 | I had been on POF for a year, had a few nice dates but still waiting for the fireworks, and then he emailed me! I was so excited, he was attractive physically so I was curious to know if he was as great as he looked? We started chatting on POF and then moved to phone conversations and within a few weeks we had met and were a perfect match!! We have the same values, sense of humor, likes and dislikes - we get along so well!! We are together since August 31, 2007 and plan to be together for the rest of our lives, thank you!  | He was on POF for 4 years on and off, and , I was looking, and didn't do a search, her picture came up he clicked on it and added her to his favorites. She got the favorite add in by email and sent him a message right back, couple of seconds later he got back to her, and it has been all uphill since then, they just clicked and indeed have found soulmates in each other. He started emailing her 80 - 100 times a day, and she answered each and everyone of them. They are so in tune with one another and never want to be apart again. They immediately fell in love with one another.  | Jane's friend Dale could not stand her friends being single and tried to match everyone up every time we went out. I told her that at least NY had "plenty of fish" compared to Florida where I had just lived for over 6 years. Her eyes lit up when I said that and before I knew it, she built up my profile without me even knowing it. I met the love of my life on Plenty of Fish. Your website brought an incredible connection to two people who have been waiting for this for a long time. The night we met in person, the first look into his eyes was amazing and so was our first kiss. Our last first date was perfect. We talked, laughed, fed each other finger food and kissed like we knew each other in another lifetime. My knight in shining armor has arrived and I will be on his iron horse with him holding on tight as long as he gives me the privilege of doing so. Scott is beautiful inside and out and I am the luckiest girl in the world. Don't question life. We only have one chance at it. Go with the flow because it will all fall into place.  | we exchanged one messge in early 2007.. and i didnt know why he stopped talking to me... but his mother got very ill. a few months later he sent me an email(on sat) and i had been online that day getting ready to cancel my account. i read the email and we exchanged numbers we talked all day on sunday and met on monday.. it was like we had known each other forever!!! we had soo much in common and we found out that for years we had actually lived with in a 10 mile radius of each other. we got engaed in Feb. 2008 and Married on May 9th, 2008!! thank you plenty of fish for helping me find my soul mate i love him to death, and i know he is my forever!!!
