Do not attempt to change the font color to blue. Please make sure you are not trying to enter every letter you see. Only type in the BLUE letters. If you are having trouble seeing the blue letters, try adjusting the color settings on your monitor.
-Clicking on Profile:Edit which is located on the gray bar above your inbox.
-Scroll to the VERY BOTTOM of the page. Here you will find the username field.
IMPORTANT! Choose a username that is not already taken, and that does NOT match your email address! Selecting a name that is already in use will cause you to default back to your original username.
You have accidentally selected the wrong country when signing up.
1. Once you have completed your profile with an incorrect location, SCROLL TO THE VERY BOTTOM of the Profile: Edit page to change your country. Click UPDATE REGISTRATION or your changes will not be saved!
2. Now scroll to the top of the page and change your State or Province, your City, and your Zip Code if necessary.
