The yellow dot indicates that a user has upgraded to our Serious Member feature. As a Serious Member, you get the following:
-A star on your profile that indicates to other users that you are seriously looking for a date
-You will appear first in some searches
-Unlimited gifts to send to other users, and unlimited access to an assortment of colorful background themes
-16 images on your profile instead of 8
Results indicate that your chance of finding someone increases 230% with the Serious Membership.
You will have to pass a test to show that you can maintain a relationship. Click on the UPGRADE link in the upper right corner of the page to take the test!
If you have a question or concern about the charge for your Serious Membership, please contact the user: POF Billing and describe your problem. They will attempt to assist you within 24 business hours.
To find POF Billing, you can respond to the confirmation email you received in your POF inbox when you purchased the upgrade. You can also find POF Billing in a User Search by clicking SEARCH at the top of the page, and then USER SEARCH just below that.

-Serious Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
-We do not auto-renew your membership
-Billing is done in ONE LUMP SUM and will not be done monthly
